 Dense Fog Advisory  Statement as of 1:58 PM PST on November 26, 2014


... Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 PM PST this evening...

The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 10 PM PST this evening.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

* Timing... Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night. Some
improvement is possible overnight as winds increase but
confidence is low that the fog will burn off.

* Impacts... reduced visibilities will make travel difficult at
times along Highway 395. Visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile between Airway Heights and
Wilbur.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
