... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 2 PM this afternoon to
9 am MST Monday...

The National Weather Service in Missoula has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow and slick roads... which is in effect
from 2 PM this afternoon to 9 am MST Monday.

* Impacts/timing: light to moderate snow will develop this
afternoon and persist into Monday morning, making roads snow
covered and slick at times, especially over mountain passes.

* Snow accumulations: 2 to 5 inches over Marias Pass and in the
higher terrain. 1 to 3 inches for valley locations.

* Locations impacted include... bad Rock Canyon... Essex... Highway
83 Bigfork to Swan Lake... Marias Pass... Polebridge... Highway
200 Bonner to Greenough... Highway 83 Seeley Lake to Condon... I-
   90 East Missoula to Bearmouth

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
